Refund "HELD" Payment

A buyer wanted to refund something from me.

My paypal account says HELD.

The buyer and I agreed on partial refund. But she hasn't gotten the payment yet, the money is still HELD somewhere.

I try to "issue refund" on resolution center and it says "Unfortunately, the refund that you sent didn't go through. To get more details or try again, go To PayPal."

 

WHAT DO I DO??

the money is not on my account, they already took that money out.

Only customer services can help you on this one.

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
