purchased an item for 579.00 and didn't work returned item to seller who had a 14 days return policy. Item returned and shipped. seller placed refund in paypal account and had to clear. two days before it cleared ebay sent noticed that it didn't clear. I escalated the case and e-bay stated they would be 48 hours before a decision would be made on the case. It's bee over a month now and no refund from seller or e-bay. I cannot comment on case anymore ...what's up with this case?
