I recently set up campaign page for a non-profit. When the 'donate now' link is clicked, it takes you to paypal. If this is done on a computer/laptop through the browser, there is a recurring payment tab that can be ticked. If accessed through you cell/mobile (which most people use now), there is no recurring payment option. Is there a way to make this possible on a mobile device? Thanks!
PayPal confirmed directly that the recurring payment option is not currently available on mobile devices - so unfortunately it's just something you have to work with. They didn't have a reason for it, just the way they have it set up at this point.
