I am studying abroad(Brazil) and currently have a US pay pay attatched to my bank account (in the US) and US credit card.
I want to be able to recieve money from friends instead of having to deal with cash because of the risk of being robbed...is there anyway I can do this without deleting and making a new account. And if i do delete it and make a new one, will i be able to cash out my money to my bank account?
Suggest that you contact customer support for assistance. As you're out of the country, when you login to your account, your IP address may be flagged which in turn could result with your account being frozen.
