My tenant sent their most recent rent payment to the wrong email address. We are trying this service out for the convenience. She's only made 1 payment this way before. She sent it to my real name email address, not my actual email address. How can she get the money back (apparently sent to some other guy) and send it to me? Thanks for your help.

If the payment has a "Completed" status, she will need to ask the recipient to refund the payment. If the payment has an "Unclaimed" status, she should have a "Cancel" option available on her PayPal account history page.
