Queries in linking debit card in paypal account

Hi,

  Am new to paypal . I just created a paypal account and i just wanted to link my debit card . While linking i came across many queries.Let me post it one by one.

In my linked card if i make a transaction(not via Paypal) through net banking do i will be charged?

In my linked card if some other credits some amount in that account(not via paypal),may be through net banking or via cash credit corresponding account do i will be charged?

Suppose if i linked the card and i didnt make any transactions for long time .Do i will be charged?

Hi SelvamM

If u  make a payment with your debit card not via ppal u dont get charged unless stated otherwise

U dont get charged for making payments via ppal

U only get charged a fee when selling

If someone sends u money it cant be sent straight to a debit card only to your bank account 

U wont be charged if u link a card and dont use it for along time
