Please help having trouble transfer of funds

I wanna know if u can transfer funds from one PayPal account to another. For some reason I have to and wanna close one of them. If so can someone please explain how to do it. Ty in advance.

You can send funds by e-mail, but NOT transfer funds from one account to another.
