I wanted to but something on eBay, and I chose PayPal for my payment method. However, I accidentally used my bank account linked to PayPal instead of PayPal Credit, which is what I meant to use. Is it possible to change the payment method? I also tried calling PayPal, and I keep getting a message that says "This call cannot be completed as dialed". Is there another phone number I can reach them at?
