Pending refund

Hi, I've contacted your customer service through email twice now. And nothing from them! I want to know why money was taken from my bank account after I had canceled both transactions! I have emailed customer service and told them I want the money placed back into my bank account because you have made my account go into over draft, after taking money from TWO canceled transactions! Fix it now

Firstly its not OUR customer services, this is a user to user help forum.

 

Secondly if you want help ask nicely, i can easily explain why this has happened but don't answer rude threads.

We don't know the details of any of your transactions.  If you want help from PayPal click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go form there.  A phone call will probably be required.  You will need to actually talk to a customer service rep.
