Just bought a new $50 Visa Debit Gift card today and wanted to add the funds to paypal. It accepted it just fine but it displays $0 still. I have not used this card yet nor had it been outside the store before I bought it and I have added a couple of teh same type of cards beforehand that worked just fine. What do I do to fix this?
The VISA gift card is for purchases not for transferring funds. PayPal should be able to access the card when you make purchases. At least I that's the way it works.
