My money is available in my account and paypal will not give me my funds. The money is not on hold. And the customers are happy. I sent three messages through the contact page and i received three boilerplate responses from paypsl that are not applicable in my case. Rude! I feel like the only thing i can do is file a legal action (i have already completed the court papers). Does anyone have any suggestions? Paypal has the worst customer service one the planet. Im going to start using Western Union.

Besides trying customer support via phone or email, there's also Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal - you may have better luck trying these options.
