Paypal refund policy question

Hi,

i would like to know does paypal purchase protection protects you from getting scammed on digital items ?

(ex: i wanna buy a game account and the seller scams me) can i have a refund for that ?

Virtual items are high risk.  Take the risk if you want.  PayPal cannot protect buyer or seller agains poor judgment.

  Suggest your read all of PayPal user polices and understand the buyer and seller issues.

you can file item not received or item not as described.

digital item has no tracking,

There is purchase protection for Digital goods.  Just not much on the Seller Protection front.
