Paypal balance 0.00$

I've recently received about 30.00$ CAD from my relatives in my PayPal and I don't see it updating in my balance. It does say that money transfer has been completed but it still doesn't show up and I've waited for about 2 hours now.

this is an ongoing issue with paypal. check all the threads in the forum a lot of customers are having the same issue.
