Hello , it has been over 5 months since i tried to unlimit my paypal account , i went to the resolution center and saw the unchecked item list to recover my paypal and i did everything and there is nothing left to do i find a label saying :

i click on why and i get the following :
Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Aug 16, 2013: We need a little bit more information about your business and your account.
(Your case ID for this reason is PP-002-538-286-503.)
The limited account bar doesn't appear anymore on my account overview

Is this a mistake from paypal or a bug ? i just can't get it this happened in 2013 and its still not resolved
