Paypal Not Confirming My Phone Number

If I figure out how to close my account because paypal will not confirm my cell phone number, will they refund my money and if so when and how?

Unfortunately you may have to wait 2 plus years if you intend on doing that.  Suggest that you contact customer support direct for assistance, they should be able to help you with the phone number.  You can contact them via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal

The other day I called and got nowhere with them.

So last night I sent I private message through facebook, they sent me a message back asking for my email address, I now just sent them a message back with me email address.
So I guess I sit and wait? I don't know how long, minutes, hours, days, weeks?

And I don't know how they will be getting back to me, will they use facebook, the email, my  phone number, maybe a message through paypal??? I guess I will have to keep checking all these things to see if they even contact me back.
