Payment status still pending

i made payment on 24 august but the payment couldn't be claimed by the owner of the shop because he can claim a limited number of payments every month,so the payment status of the transaction is still pending and can not be cancelled neither by me nor the owner of the shop...what shall i do?

All we can suggest is that you contact customer support with your concerns.  If the receiver can only claim a limited number of transactions, then there's an issue with the receiver's account.  Unfortunately as this is a member to member help group, we are not the same as customer support.  We cannot review user account details.

 

If an account is setup properly, the only limit is on the amount of an individual transaction - which is $10,000.  For example, if you were selling an item for $20,000, then the buyer would have to make 2 payments of $10,000 each.
