I sent a payment to someone that I've paid before with paypal for under $10 USD from a paypal account in Thailand. The money appears to be deducted from my paypal account. I get the 'payment confirmation email' . But the transaction history has no details.
The receiver gets an email confirmation of payment, and also sees an increase of paypal balance, but he also does not have any details in transaction history.
I click on the transaction link in the email and it shows the transaction details at first. But now it does not show any details (I get an error page). I did take a screenshot of that transaction page.
Something must be wrong on paypal's end. To have entire transaction detail just disappear is not healthy.
