Payment not showing up for recipient

I sent a payment on August 5, 2016 for piano lessons. I sent this every month through PayPal. I show the transaction on my activity and the piano teacher received the email, but it has never shown up in her account.

Call PP Customer Service about this.  I don't think it's a question any of us can answer.

Thank you.

I sent an email, but got a canned response. I think the piano teacher probably needs to call since it is on her end. Just wondered if it had happened to anyone else.
