Payment Declined _ Vivid Seats

I am trying to order tickets on www.vividseats.com 

 

I want to use my Paypal Credit which currently has no balance and PLENTY of available credit, but it keeps telling me "Payment Declined"

 

The Vivid Seats rep said I needed to contact Paypal, but Paypal Credit says everything is correct.

 

Any suggestions?

I know you've already checked but I had similar problem. Make sure PayPal Crédit is your preferred payment method when you checkout. Good luck!

You should have receive an email about why your PayPal Credit payment was declined.

 

Did you speak with someone from PayPal Credit dept or just PayPal?
