I've been using PayPal for many years. A couple of weeks ago I made myself a new EBAY account. When I sold 2 items, PayPal put a hold on the funds. I read all of the information and understand why they did it. So the buyer recieved her items 4 days ago and left me good feedback. when I write to PayPal they say they are waiting for USPS confirmation of delivery. It will NEVER be there because the buyer in International (Canada). I've written to explain and sent them her e-mail confirmating delivery as well as copies of her good feedback. How can I get them to release the funds before 21 days? I relly need this cash now.
