This is what the sellers website showed me after completing the transaction-
"PayPal gateway rejected the request. Declined: 10537-The transaction was refused because the country was prohibited as a result of your Country Monitor Risk Control Settings."
I then got an email payment receipt from Paypay!?
Called the seller who said they didn't get any payment.
I then clicked on the transaction ID and hidden half way down the page it says 'Declined'... 'Seller refused to accept payment- contact seller'!?
Called seller back, they were very helpful and spent a bit of time, finally said they could see the transaction but it was declined by PayPal, not them!
Spent an hour and 36 minutes on hold trying to talk to PayPal... they picked up the line, but immediately hung-up!
I'm in The Bahamas and ship to the US (US PayPal account, US funding from US bank account), have been doing this for years without any issue... infact made same purchase from this SAME seller two years ago!
There's more than sufficient funds available.
WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY DID PAYPAY DECLINE MY PAYMENT?
