(1) how can EU citizens apply for paypals debitor-MasterCards?
I'm Austrian and recently called my paypal customer support in Germany. Unfortunately they where of no help so I tried to register on paypal-prepaid.com but the form I had to fill out just listed federal states of the US - no European ones.
(2) what's the difference between PP debitor-MasterCards and PP prepaid-MasterCards?
After all I'm not very happy about PPs and Amazons payment-war.
(3) what's the sense of PP debit/prepaid-MasterCards if one can't get one (when I use European IPs, PP tells my the site for registration ist not available) or PP blocks your payment (like I've read in this forum) or PP announces an upper-limit of daly or monthly purchases.
