I would like to make a purchase from a vendor.
I requested an invoice for items i would like to purchase.
He is requesting my PayPal account to send invoice?
Where/what do i send him?

The seller sends the PayPal invoice to your regular email address--no PayPal account information needed.
When received you just follow the link in the email to pay the invoice.
