For the past 2 years I've been using PayPal to handle all the automatic Payments in my Online Game using the PayPal IPN feature. I've recieved tens of thousunds dollars via PayPal and 90% of the time everything goes smoothly. But sometimes I see people purchasing items 20 times for over $500 and then 10 minutes laiter they claim that the payment was "Unauthorized". When I check their IP it matches their Address on PayPal but I still ALWAYS lose the cases against them ? Is there anything I could possibly do to pervent this from happening as this harms my business ?

Unfortunately as a seller of intangible items, you are taking a risk using PayPal as there's really no seller protection and they clearly outline that in the user agreement.  You may want to research other transaction processors as an alternative.
