PayPal Balance vs. Available Balance what's the difference? I have $153 in my Paypal Balance and $0 in my Available balance, and it said that it won't be available until around Jan. 13th. I am concerned because I sold something on eBay and the buyer needs it shipped earlier than that. Am I already entitled to that $153 no matter what, and is it safe to ship the item?
Since you are a new seller, haven't sold anything in a while, or have a feedback of less that 100, Paypal is holding the payments till the tracking shows delivery.
Each hold is released usually within 49 hourts of the trancking showing delivery.
If you use Ebay shipping, and the postage amout is less than $15.00, the postage cost will be deducted from the held funds
