Owing my friend money

I owe my friend money, but I know she also takes commissions and whatnot through paypal. 

If I send it as "send money to friends and family" will she get in trouble for this, seeing as I'm not buying anything from her?

Why would she? She is allowed to accept payments from family and friends the same as anyone else.

You can have a business account but that does not mean you can't accept personal payments ie gifts on it.
