So I opened a case on Paypal to get a refund from a seller that cancelled my order.
Everything is going well, until today where Paypal sent me a message saying that the seller has provided a "tracking number".
The "tracking number" is actually just the auction id.
So I want to respond to Paypal's request for my response with this very obvious information, but I have no option to do so. When I click on "respond" from the resolution center, all I get are 2 options:
You can close this case anytime
You can change the reason for this dispute.

Leave it. PayPal will check eventually the info and will see that it is not a tracking number and should close the case in your favor.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Or, if you are in a hurry. You can contact customer service and ask them to review the transaction. They can close it right away since the seller already provided an invalid "tracking number".
