When I attempt to pay someone using Paypal, the following appears on the "Pay for goods or services" page:

No PayPal transaction fee for you. The seller pays the fee. Plus, you may be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

V. Fadeev
The "VF" is in a circle and refers to one of the many merchants whom I have paid in the past, V.Fadeev. However, if I try to enter a different email address in the box, it is not recognised: it would seem that I can only pay V.Fadeev. How can I remove "V.Fadeev" from this page so that I can resume payments to other merchants when necessary?
