I bought something from a website assuming, that like most websites, it would take me to paypal for an overview before it charged me, at which point I was planning to switch what account the payment would come out of. It did not send me to paypal, the payment just went through. I IMMEDIATELY had the website refund me. The money came out of my account almost instantly, leaving me with a negative account balance and it's been 2 days now and still no refund. It has been a nightmare. Why was the money so quick to come out but is sure taking it's sweet time getting back in? Also, I have it set up so if my bank account has insufficient funds, another account will be charged. Clearly I had insufficient funds and it still came out of my account, why? Needless to say, I am incredibly unhappy with this situation.
