To use a prepaid card in our system, you must first register your billing address. On the back of your prepaid card, you should find either a website address or contact information for the card issuer to complete registration. If your pre-paid card does not have a billing address associated with it, we wouldn't be able to verify it, which means that you wouldn't be able to use it.
As for withdrawing funds, US accounts can withdraw to a local bank account or request a check.
