Where is the balance manager?

How do I adjust or cancel what I set up on the 'classic site'?

It would be under Money, Add Money.

Note, because the views a slightly different depending on the type of account you have, if you're stuck, suggest that you follow-up with customer support.  They can walk you through the steps.  You can contact them via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal

Thanks, that helped alot as it does work under the Money choice, but only in the classic view, and not the exact way to worked in real classic mode.

If there is a way to to it in the new site, it is nearly impossible to find and very unintuitive.

Appreciate your time!

Emailing PayPal support has been useless on this topic.  I've emailed them for 5 days in a row and they keep telling me how to create a new balance manager - not edit an existing one.

I've read this post as the "Solution".  When I go to add money, I see NOTHING about editing my existing balance manager settings.

Been doing the same thing ! I called paypal talked to them they claimed that it was taken care of after I had to almost yell at the top of my lungs at their phone assistants... No help there the best thing you can do is go to your bank and get your bank to  stop that balance manager payment on your bank account !

Try this link: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_balance-manager

I found it on the page https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/balance-manager referenced by Google (at least for now, as PayPal doesn't seem to link to it from the new site or the pseudo-classic site).

I want to thank you for this link you have provided. I have spent countless hours trying to change my balance manager settings. You made my day.

I agaree that this information is useful and important. But, why is this workaround necessary?  I expect PayPal to be full service and provide easily accessed information and account editing functions as they have in the past.  I too have talked to support services about this problem, and about a month ago, shortly after the launch of their new website, I was informed that this problem would be fixed.  Still waiting!
