Negative balance

Hello guys

I had a deal few days ago and it was really terrible and went wrong.So the buyer decided to refund the money.

When I see the refund dispute I can see as welll a negative balance.How can I avoid having this negative balance?

it might appear as negative because the amount was put on hold , I think you need to cehck the dispute first if you can win to clear out the negative balance

I have used the money but suddenly he decides to refund and I accept his claim because at least 2 payments weren't sent by him.

So I don't want to refund the money because how can I cover the debts then ? Because of him I have to waste my own money to cover it?
