Money did not refund to bank account

Hello,

I have read a lot of these questions and my credit was issued June 1 and I still have not seen it in my back account.

I just received another one as of June 21 which I understand will not show up yet but want to make sure I see both.

Refund to PayPal Balance:

$30.00 USD

Refunds either go back to your PayPal Account Balance or if you paid by credit card, your card is credited.   If you want the funds in your bank account, you must manually initiate the transfer request.   If you have not received the refunded funds in your PayPal Account Balance by now, you need to contact customer support for assistance.

To transfer money from your PayPal balance to your bank account, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Withdraw" tab and follow the instructions on the subsequent pages.
