Mobile Top Up

I used mobile top up for the 1st time, tried to add $20 to my account. The $ never went in my account. I then tried again with the paypal reload card, everything went through fine. Ive called paypal 3 times, and I'm still without the $ from using top up. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advise? Paypal wasnt helpful at all, they basically blew me off, told me to call back in 24 hours. Im not giving up.

Hi Scooby4139,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with Top Up. 😞  As Top Ups are initiated by the bank, the bank would need to initiate a trace on their end.

Typically the most common reason for something like this to happen is that PayPal doesn't have the correct banking information on file or in the case of a Top Up, the reference number was not included when the bank sent the transfer.
