Minimum Balance (Student Acc.)

Hey guys. I'm not sure if this is in the right section, but I only have a quick question. I'm in the understanding that upper level accounts do not require a minimum balance; however, do Student Accounts require a minimum? For example, I want to make a purchase that is $20, but I only have $20.75 in my account.

You can only spend the balance that is available.

I'm aware I can only spend what I have. I'm asking if a student account requires a minimum amount in the balance.
