I'm sorry to hear that you've had some troubles with receiving funds. If you don't have a bank account, you may want to consider getting a prepaid card that includes a routing and account number (just like a bank account would have.)
PayPal offers a prepaid MasterCard that has this functionality. See more info on the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard here.
