Making a payment

This is the 4th time that I have went to make a payment and the payment button is gone. I have to go back throuh customer service and have them sent it allllllllllllllllllllllllllllll up AGAIN. If I did not pay then I would get a late charge and it would cost me more. I wish that they would fix this problem so we won't have to contuine call. It really gets old

Can you be more specific?  Where, or to whom, are you making this payment?  Is it on a website or is it on the PayPal site?
