Linking Bank Account

I Recently set up a Paypal account,

I want to link my bank account but this message keeps apearing: "We're sorry. That bank account is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts. Please link a different one."

I have not connected my bankj account to any paypal accounts before. someone please help.

Suggest you contact customer services so they can view your account and see why you are getting that message.
