I have linked my bank debit card to my paypal account. If I use my bnk debit card and there isn't enough money in my bank account, does it automatically pull from my pay pal account??

No.  Your bank debit card has no relationship with your PayPal account.  You bank account is the backup funding for PayPal, not the reverse.
