Hello,
I have a question. My account became limited since 25th of February. I have been asked to upload an ID, to change password and change the security question, which I did immediatelty. I then got an e-mail that I will be got back to within 24hrs. I since had to e-mail Paypal service twice to ask how long more it will take and havent received anything back yet, though promised within 24 hrs. When I login, i get a message on screen that my documents are still being reviewed. Please help, as it takes enormous time already and I will urgently need my account in the nearest future.
