Most eBay auctions I use BuyItNow on list Paypal Credit [Bill Me Later] as an option in the listing. If a listing doesn't can I still use this option at checkout or does the seller need to specify they accept that payment option?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
