If I remove my card from paypal, will I be able to use it without my account?

Hello everyone

I have a question

When I try to use my card for shopping outside my paypal account that has been linked to my paypal account, it gets declied and I know that its because I cant use my card outside paypal (as a guest).

So if I remove my debit/credit card from paypal, can I use it then without my paypal account (as a guest)?
