Is this a scam?? This guy is suppose to be sending money to buy my jerseys. Is this a scam?? Here is his exact msg... "Glad to tell you that the payment of $1,200.00USD have been made into your pay pal email address please check your paypal email inbox,junk or spam mail for the notification/confirmation mail of my payment and please take note that you are to get the package ship out via the local post office USPS(Express Mail International) and i will be waiting to read from you immediately you complete the shipping process."

The message you have provided sounds like it is a scam and no valid transaction has been processed.
