I have problém with my account – with Top up. When I sent my money from my bank account to Paypal, I forgot to write my transfer ID. It was a 10 days ago and I still haven´t got my money. Please, can you give me advice what should I do? I wrote to Paypal several times, but there were nobody to help me. I am from Czech republic and my english isn´t good, so I want to solve through e-mail and I don´t wanna call.
