I signed up with paypal to send a friend money, and it let me do it with my debit card my boyfriend i and i use. everything worked just fine. Now, I'm trying to send money to another friend and its telling me i cant because my paypal balance is zero. i have my card still linked, but its not letting me deposit funds from that account, and its not letting me use the money in there to send it. what the heck do i do?
