i have funds in my paypal account but i cannot transfer to my local bank account because i do not own a US bank account! what should i do?

It would help as you are posting on the US board if you would actually state what country you are in.
Go to: PayPal Offerings Worldwide page to select your country and see the withdraw choices you have.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
