I cant print my shipping label?

OK every time i try to print my shipping label an error comes up saying "This User ID already exists.PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. " then it sends me a "UPS Account Number:" ill type it in and then press enter. ill finally get to the terms and condition page and when i click agree it sends me back saying the user id already exists thing.??

Please help? i really need to print this shipping label today!!

It sounds like the UPS account expired due to inactivity.  Has it been a while since you used it?

One solution is to create a new UPS account and link that with PayPal.  Instructions for this can be found in my tips post linked below:
