Tonight, one of my friend sent me 100 euros and he payed a bit more than 3 euros of funds. I see the payment is recieved in my transfers section. Payment status is "completed" at the moment. I have 110 euros in my account and I have a 20usd payment request. I am clicking on the "pay" button. It redirect me a page. Then I click on pay again. It opens a new page that shows my account information and one final "pay" button. There my balance is "€15,69 EUR". I am clicking on the pay button but it returns to the previous page. I cannot pay the request.
Any idea what may be the problem?
On my main page it says I have 110euros but whne it comes to payment page it says account balance is 15,69 euros. Seems my lately recieved 100euros does not counted. What should I do to solve this problem?
