So, my funds were released today after a sell on eBay, about 500 and I've trying to purchase something said site for 400 and I can't at all. It keeps giving me 'Return to merchant' everytime. I called up Paypal, they said it some security issue and fixed the problem for me after verifying and asking some questions. I was told to give it 10 min and I'm here 20 minutes later having the same problem. My account is verified, I have a good balance (which is what I've been trying to use), my mobile is confirmed, everything is at 100%.
I'm not sure what I can do? I can't even send the money to personal account becuase I keep getting an error. Is this a issue with everyone right now?
