I can not pay for purchases via paypal EBAY/GEARBEST/STEAM/ and others

Something blocking my payment. 
I can not make a purchase. On all the sites one and the same problem. Ebay/Steam/Gearbest/ and others

Changed browsers, cleaning cookies, tried to pay with a tablet ...
Please help solve the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that the payments you are trying to make are not going through. Thank you for including screenshots.

The internal security models evaluate every payment that is set up through the PayPal system. A lot of factors are considered, including whether or not there are indications of potential unauthorized access, the types of transactions that are being made, and a myriad of other things. It sounds like the security model is blocking these payments. Please reach out to customer support so they can look into it a little more deeply. You can contact customer support by phone or email, or by Facebook PM or Twitter DM.

I am having the same issue. Was simply changing computers the solution to your problem, or did you contact Customer Support first? I have been trying to solve this issue for a few days now. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

I cannot send payments to anyone with a PayPal account or even make purchases. Here's the screenshot of teh error message.

You keep blocking it with your PayPal security system. Please stop doing that. You are not responding to my messages and you're not allowing me to send payments. Why is that? Please allow my PayPal account to send payments. I need to make this payment now. And please don't suggest that I use other means, because I want to do away with this PayPal account. I'm fed up with your services. I don't get response to my messages and when you respond you don't rectify the problem.

@PayPal_Frank, @PayPal_Olivia Please help me out with this issue. I cannot verify the accoutn at the moment, because my bank account got closed since the bank went bankrupt and I was plannign on opening a new one. But with the issues that I've run into with this account I'm definitely goign to close it down. I'll probably open anotehr one when I get another reliable bank.
